This valuable tool is available in two formats and reasonably priced.
The expanded directory helps providers who want more detailed information about available services. Resources are listed alphabetically and by service category with their name, address and phone number. In addition there are detailed descriptions of their services including hours of operation, eligibility criteria, the address of their website and many other useful details. It is 8½" by 11", over 250 pages, and priced at $30.00.
The quick reference directory is a compact, condensed listing with addresses, phone numbers, eligibility criteria and service area for resources organized for quick reference by service category or agency name. It is 4½" by 7", over 200 pages, and priced at $15.00.
Directories are available for purchase each year starting in early January while supplies last. To check on availability or to place an order, just call the I&R Department at 503.693.3238. You can also order copies of the directory by completing this printable order form and mailing it with your check or Purchase Order.
