Ron Sarazin is President of Olympic Performance, Inc., a consulting company, and CEO of Process Path, Inc., a software company. His work involves providing consulting and training in the topics of strategy execution, customer service, project management and collaboration. He also is an accomplished author in all of these subjects; his most recent publication, “Action, with Traction,” is available at Amazon.com. Mr. Sarazin's background includes leadership positions at companies such as Alcoa, PACCAR, Portland General Electric (PGE), and Mutual Health Systems Inc. He earned a B.S. in industrial engineering from Oregon State University and completed advanced training at the University of Idaho and Stanford University. In addition to his work with Community Action, Mr. Sarazin is involved in numerous professional- and community-based activities. Past positions include service as Portland-chapter president of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and as a member of the Tualatin City Council. He also is a youth soccer coach for the Southside Soccer Club.
