Roger’s experience spans over 25 years in the field of Human Resource management and he has worked with private, public, academic, non-profit and quasi-governmental employers both large and small in the states of Florida, New York, Vermont and Oregon. His areas of specialty include leading HR departments, regulatory compliance, labor/employee relations, recruitment and selection, benefits and contracts administration, compensation and classification, training and development, performance management, policy and procedure development and human resources information systems. Roger received his B.A. degree from Union College, New York in Managerial Economics, and has been a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute since 1998 and is also a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) SCP (Senior Certified Professional). He is also member of the Portland Human Resource Management Association and the Society for Human Resources Management.
