Application Process


Thank you for your interest in working at Community Action!

If you would like to apply for one of our open positions and you meet the minimum requirements listed, please complete an application for employment and submit it along with your cover letter and resume in one of the following ways:

  • Send a completed application form, resume, cover letter, and any other required documentation (such as transcripts) to the attention of Human Resources.

You may also pick up an application form to complete at our main office at 1001 SW Baseline St, Hillsboro. See the map below to get directions. 


Reference the open position title on all your documents and in the subject header of your email or fax submission. Do not call to find out about the status of your application. We will contact you if you are selected for an interview. Your application will be kept on file in active status for six months.

If you see other opportunities that you feel qualified for and wish to apply within that six-month period, you can contact Human Resources to forward your application that is on file. If you wish to submit updated application materials, please re-apply and submit new materials.
