Energy Conservation Details & Eligibility

If you’re a homeowner or tenant in a house, mobile or manufactured home, or a building with up to four units, you may qualify for free weatherization services. Eligible residents receive a free energy audit, including diagnostic tests to find the best ways to improve energy efficiency. Once approved, licensed contractors complete the upgrades, which may include:

  • insulation
