All services are free and voluntary. For more information, call 503-726-0879. Parents may apply directly or be referred by their health care provider or other agency. Referrals are accepted from friends, families, prenatal clinics, and pediatricians. Families may be referred to Healthy Families, Nurse Family Partnership, WIC, or other early childhood support services if they qualify.
