Child Care Resource & Referral

Helping Early Educators Thrive

Abundant and reliable child care is essential for equitable communities. The Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) program increases high-quality child care in Oregon by recruiting and supporting child care providers, including home- and center-based programs.

Primarily funded by the Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC), CCR&R gives early educators the tools necessary to provide care that helps children and families succeed. Request our training catalog to learn more.
