Ways to Give

Your support helps families in our community overcome challenges and build brighter futures. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Community Action relies on your generosity to provide the resources families need to thrive. Explore the many ways you can make a difference today.
Give Financially
Your financial gift powers essential services that create stronger communities. Make a one-time or monthly gift on our secure donation page. For questions about your gift or to donate over the phone, contact Gina Bounds at 503-693-3254 or gbounds@caowash.org.
You can also send by mail to:
Community Action
Attn: Development & Communications
1001 SW Baseline St.
Hillsboro, OR 97123
Donate Supplies
Families at our Hillsboro Family Shelter often arrive with very little. Your donations of hygiene items, food, infant supplies, and cleaning products keep our shelves stocked and families cared for.
View the Shelter Wish List or call us at 503-726-0812 for priority needs and drop-off details.
You can also turn in your old vehicle to serve Community Action. Through our partner, Charity Connections, donating is easy.
Fill out the online form, choose Community Action as your charity, and they’ll handle the rest.
