Help Me Grow Options & Eligibility Requirements
Get Insured with OHP: If you’re pregnant and need health insurance for you or a household member, we’ll check your eligibility for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), help with your application, and expedite the process.
Connect to WIC Services: Access free healthy foods, personalized nutrition education, and breastfeeding support.
Access Prenatal Care: Early and regular prenatal care is essential for healthy moms and babies. We’ll connect you to local providers and resources.
Connect with a Doula: Get personalized support before, during, and after birth.
In-Home Parenting Support: Eligible families can enroll in programs like Healthy Families or Nurse-Family Partnership. You’ll be matched with a personal nurse or family support specialist who provides one-on-one support in your home.
Community Referrals: We can connect you to local prenatal or early childhood resources. Just give us a call.
Eligibility Requirements
Residents of Washington County are eligible, but health insurance assistance and prenatal care access are available to all, regardless of residency.
Open to pregnant individuals and families with children up to 6 years old.
