Community Action’s Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) program provides parents and families in both Washington & Columbia Counties with free child care referrals and resources. CCR&R supports providers with technical assistance, onsite literacy training, and business development. CCR&R also provides Oregon employers with resource and program development expertise, so they can help their employees with child care and other family needs.

A list of questions to ask potential providers, descriptions of the types of care available in Oregon, information about child care subsidy, and access to education and parenting information and resources is also available.

Child Care Resource & Referral provides assistance with enrollment in our database of Washington and Columbia County child care providers. We also provide information about available trainings and professional development services available for providers in both counties.
