Community Action’s Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) of Washington County helps parents and families to find child care referrals and resources. CCR&R supports providers with technical assistance, onsite literacy training, and business development. CCR&R also provides Oregon employers with resource and program development expertise, so they can help their employees with child care and other family needs.

Child Care Resource & Referral is the local expert in connecting needs and resources. Our offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The referral line is answered from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can reach us at 971.223.6100 or toll free at 1.800.624.9516 to get information and referral to many resources: referrals, technical assistance, child care subsidy information and training opportunities.
