Rent Well

The next Rent Well class begins on October 5, 2023. This free training will be held on Thursday evenings over the course of seven week (skipping the week of October 26, 2023). 

Rent Well is a 15-hour tenant education program that provides individuals with the support, knowledge, and expertise they need to become successful renters. Topics that are covered in the course include:

  • Responsibilities as a tenant
  • Landlord – tenant law
  • Fair housing law
  • Housing navigation
  • Identifying & overcoming barriers to renting

Upon graduation, students will receive a certificate and may be eligible for the Landlord Guarantee Fund.

Rent Well classes are free and open to the public! To register for upcoming or future classes, please call 971-223-6020 and leave a message with your contact information or e-mail rentwell@caowash.org.
