Early Head Start & Head Start Application Request

Head Start and Early Head Start programs offer high-quality early childhood education at no cost for children prenatal to age 5 who live in Washington County. 

To request an application for Head Start, please include ALL of the following information: 

Do you live in Washington County, Oregon?
How would you prefer to receive your application?
Preferred language of application
How did you hear about our program?

Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your application via email or 5-10 business days to receive it via mail. Check your spam folder as our emails might get routed there. Do not submit more than one request as all requests will be processed.
