Energy Conservation Application Request

Energy Conservation provides no-cost weatherization assistance to income-qualified residents of Washington County.  Our primary goal is to improve the efficiency, safety, comfort and durability of people's homes.

To request an application for weatherization assistance, please include ALL of the following information: 

Do you live in Washington County, Oregon?
What is your home ownership status?

NOTE: If you live in a rental home, we will need authorization from the property owner.

What type of home do you live in?

NOTE: If you live in a multi-family dwelling, additional requirements must be met.

How would you prefer to receive your application?
Preferred language of application
How did you hear about our program?
Have you received Utility Assistance from Community Action in the last 3 months?

Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your application via email or 5-10 business days to receive it via mail. Check your spam folder as our emails might get routed there. Do not submit more than one request as all requests will be processed.
