TVWD Water Assistance

TVWD water program is for customers who are income-qualified to receive emergency financial assistance towards their utility. Qualified utility customers can receive assistance on their utility bill within a 12-month period.

Offers flexible payment plans and up to $293 in one-time yearly bill relief only and the client is expected to pay the remaining balance or set up an payment plan If needed for the remaining balance.

Who Qualifies?

Customers of TVWD who need help paying a current or past-due bill and is listed on the utility bill.

and who are at or below the 60% of the Oregon Median income for the past 60 days. 

OR  participate in the Government Assistance programs SNAP, WIC, TANF, OHP, Free or reduced lunch program, Utility Assistance, Public Housing or Section 8.

And have made arrangements with TVWD for a time payment plan.

To Apply for Assistance

You will need to provide either a document showing that you are currently enrolled in the Government program or proof of full prior months proof of income.
