City of Beaverton Water Assistance


City of Beaverton water discount program is for the City of Beaverton customers who are income-qualified to receive emergency financial assistance towards utility billing on water. Qualified utility customers can receive assistance on their utility bills within a 12-month period. If you are:

Beaverton residents who need help paying a current or past-due bill and are you are listed on the utility bill.

Have not defaulted on a prior payment plan within the last 12 months.

Do not have a past-due account sent to debt collections.

Who Qualifies?

if you can demonstrate income eligibility in either way below:

Demonstrate current enrollment in one of the following programs by providing documentation of enrollment dated within 12 months of the date of this application

Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP)

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Women Infants and Children (WIC)

Free & Reduced Lunch

Housing and Urban Development Assistance (HUD)

Medicaid (OHP)

OR residents of Beaverton who are at or below the 60% of the federal poverty limit for the past 60 days.

You will need to provide either a document showing that you are currently enrolled in the government program or proof of full prior months proof of income.
