City of Tualatin Utility Assistance

Income-qualified customers may receive $300 in utility assistance per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).
 

Available For:
Customers of City of Tualatin Utilities


Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Have an income at or below 60% of the Oregon median income over the past 60 days, or
  • Be currently enrolled in at least one of the following assistance programs:
    o    Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
    o    Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
    o    Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
    o    Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
    o    Free & Reduced Lunch Program
    o    Housing and Urban Development Assistance (HUD)
    o    Medicaid (OHP)
