City of Tualatin Water Assistance


 

City of Tualatin water discount program is for the City of Tualatin customers who are income-qualified to receive emergency financial assistance towards utility billing on water. Qualified utility customers can receive assistance on their utility bills within a 12-month period. If you are:

City of Tualatin water customer who need help paying a current or past-due bill and are you are listed on the utility bill.

Have not defaulted on a prior payment plan within the last 12 months.

Do not have a past-due account sent to debt collections.

Who Qualifies?

City of Tualatin water customers who need help paying a current or past-due bill are listed on the utility bill and are at or below the 60% of the federal poverty limit for the past 60 days. 

Or who are participants in the government assistance programs SNAP, WIC, TANF, OHP, free or reduced lunch program, Utility Assistance, Public Housing, or Section 8.

To Apply for Assistance

You will need to provide either a document showing that you are currently enrolled in the Government program or proof of full prior months proof of income.
